Mr. Saquib Shirazi is the Chief Executive Officer of Atlas Honda Ltd.  He graduated in Economics from The Wharton School of Finance, before completing his Masters from Harvard Business School. He is currently a Board member of the Harvard Business School Alumni Association. He has worked with the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi in Japan, Citibank NA London and is the former CEO of Atlas Investment Bank Limited. As well as being a nominee director of the Bank at Karachi Stock Exchange, he is also Member of Board of Trustees & Governor of Lahore University of Management Sciences.

Mr. Kashif Shah, MBA graduate from LUMS, has rich all-round advisory and corporate finance experience. He was instrumental in setting up the investment bank in UBL and during a short period has led UBL Investment Banking to a top position in Pakistan.  He is also a member of the Government of Pakistan's committee on Alternate Energy initiatives. Before joining UBL, he was with JPMorgan for over four years. His experience includes hostile / friendly / tactical acquisitions, privatisation, de-listings, DCM, corporate restructurings and equity placements in a number of geographies, including Pakistan, Hong Kong, Japan, Philippines, Thailand, India and Singapore.

Ms. Ayesha Aziz has fourteen years working experience in the fields of Treasury, Funds Management, and Investment Banking. Prior to joining Pak Oman, she worked with ANZ Grindlays Bank for ten years, where her positions included Head of Money Markets in Treasury and Head of Funds Management (Portfolio Management Scheme). She completed her MBA from Institute of Business Administration , Karachi in 1991 and is a CFA Charterholder.

Mr. Salik Malik has served as a director on the company's board since its inception in 1996. Mr, Munawar Cheema has served as a director on the company's board for the past 4 years.  Previously he has managed a hedge fund, worked as Chief Investment Officer at Grove Property Trust, a REIT based in Connecticut and was an Assistant Vice President for the Mortgage Backed Securities trading desk at Citigroup.  He has a BA in Economics and BS/MS in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University.
