 The passage of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act as well increasing awareness of global service standards such as Six Sigma, CoBIT, ISO 9000, CMMI and ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) has led to an increasing need for solutions that implement and audit a variety of corporate governance functions.

The process of implementing Governance Solutions is depicted in the diagram below.
Techlogix has partnered with two leading technology companies, Mercury Interactive and Axentis, in provisioning complete enterprise governance solutions with a special focus on IT Governance.

Both the analysis of the current process and the design the new process is based upon specific process metrics like cycle time and average cost. The expected ROI in process redesign is ultimately validated by instrumenting the new process to give a concrete measure to the expected improvements in process metrics. This close alignment of governance processes and IT ensures that implemented systems can help achieve strategic business objectives such increase in revenue, reduction in cost, risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.

Our consultants have helped setup Program Management Offices (PMOs), establish all major business processes related to the PMO and then implemented these solutions using the Mercury Interactive IT Governance suite. The solutioning and design phase is typically performed onsite while ongoing development and implementation can be largely performed offshore.
