We have several openings for experienced BPM developers. You will be part of a consulting team delivering high performance solutions for enterprise customers using our proprietary BPM & SOA delivery methodology.
Job Responsibilities:
You will act as a BPM technical expert with a focus on IBM Lombardi. Your responsibilities will be to:
- Analyze and document information system requirements.
- Participate in the technical design and implementation of BPM projects.
- Follow our proprietary delivery methodology.
- Participate in all phases of system and integration testing.
- Follow documentation guidelines and prepare new documentation standards.
Required Experience and Skills:
You must possess a strong client focus and have the following experience and skills:
- A minimum of two years of work experience with at least one year of BPMS implementation experience preferably with IBM Lombardi.
- In depth experience with all aspects of IBM Lombardi.
- Solid understanding of BPM methodology and best practices.
- Superior knowledge of Web Services.
- Good technical and analytical skill and the ability to innovate.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- IBM Lombardi certifications are desirable.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other relevant Engineering discipline experience.
Other Requirements:
- Authorized to work for any US employer. US citizenship or Permanent Resident would be desirable.
- Extensive travel could be required.
Compensation:
